Is your culture an asset or a liability?
CCR provides tools and services to illuminate aspects of organisational culture that we believe have the greatest impact on sustainable performance.
We offer tools and a methodology to enable leaders, investors and potential investors to understand in quantifiable terms the strength of an organisation's culture in respect of its conduciveness to high performance. We have a multi-faceted assessment process that can be condensed into one rating, enabling direct comparisons to be made, similar to how credit ratings work in comparing confidence levels in the likelihood of companies meeting their financial obligations.
CCR can provide an unbiased view of culture, offering a credible alternative to the self-descriptive and immeasurable statements that often occupy corporate communications.
What use are cultural transformation programmes without a proper understanding of today's reality, and the capacity for adaptation that resides within the group of people being targeted for transformation? For success, the journey needs to start with an independent and objective understanding.
We take a three-pronged approach to provide a holistic assessment of human resource value. Each step can also be used as an indicator in isolation. Step 1 is to analyse mindset, with a view to understanding collective strengths and weaknesses by assessing individuals. Step 2 is to analyse publicly available and measurable data related to organisational performance and people practices, including financial and people information gleaned from annual reports and other sources. Step 3 is to conduct an internal alignment study, looking at how closely your narrative supports or conflicts with the readouts from Steps 1 and 2.
We are a team of career-long HR people with experience in consulting environments and large corporations, and an enthusiasm and drive to bring fresh thinking to the profession. The CCR model was devised by a senior HR Director who has worked at some of the biggest companies in the UK, and was refined through networking group sessions held with other HR experts in management and leadership roles. Our tools were developed with the help of a mathematician and a training psychometrician at a leading UK university.
